IT Experience about internet connection
This is written here because maybe someone need this info, and i am glad if this will help to solve the problem.
To connect to the internet we must have a lineof connection from isp (internet service provider) such as adsl, wi-fi, or other. As on my experience I have build the cybernet cafe with adsl line from telkom (internet service provider on my area). That adsl line is lined from telephone cable using splitter that bringed on adsl modem bundle, plug it on telephone cable and it is automaticaly split your adsl signal from telephone signal. Then we need to setting the adsl modem in order that it will work, you need the username and password from your isp. we can login in adsl admin area, commonly it is on ip 192.168.0.254, open it from your favorite browser 
In my cybernet cafe, this internet line is shared up to ten pc using swicth and utp cable (you can use 3com, d-link or another brand), you can also build your wi-fi zone using wi-fi routers or another such as mobile routers. So, where is your internet type you will choose.
