My body being better
Oh, after 4 days felt uncomfortable, my bone felt broke and my head was like beated by someone. finally this day all of that being go over.
So, if this condition that i will get, below is my plan:
write some post daily in my blog
drink milk every morning
no smoking again
eat for regularly
sleep at the time
